Have been using this for lower back and hip pain for about 2 months. Definitely the most effective compared to others like biofreeze. Only downside is, I wish it was transportable because it only lasts about an hour for me. Might see if I can find a refillable roll on applicator, so I can take it along with me to reapply when needed.
