I have tried every prescription sleep aid, over the counter sleep aid, and anything else that could possibly make you drowsy in the hopes of getting more than 3! hours of sleep at a time. These gummies are perfect for the nights where you really need to pull a heavy duty off lever. Not enough THC to effect your psyche, but just enough to give you a feel good buzz. Have been using this for lower back and hip pain for about 2 months. Definitely the most effective compared to others like biofreeze. Only downside is, I wish it was transportable because it only lasts about an hour for me. Might see if I can find a refillable roll on applicator, so I can take it along with me to reapply when needed.
