4. Drug Testing

Some of our products contain hemp-derived cannabinoids, and some contain small amounts of THC. Using hemp products may cause a positive result on a drug test. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Herbal Garden Essentials is not responsible for any drug test result or its consequences, including loss of employment or a job opportunity.

5. Shipping

We only ship products to states where they are legal. Orders to restricted states will be canceled and refunded.

We ship using the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier, stolen after delivery, or held or seized in transit.

Any delivery problem must be reported in writing to herbalgardenessentials@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

6. Returns and Refunds

For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at herbalgardenessentials@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will send a replacement.

7. Orders, Pricing, and Errors

We may refuse or cancel any order, and we may limit quantities per person, household, or order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers. Prices, products, and availability may change without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. We may correct any error and cancel any order affected by an error, even after you have placed it. If you were charged for a canceled order, you will be refunded.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to:
