I’ve been using it every other day and it definitely has helped with my muscle soreness after training!
I mainly get the 1,000 mg to 3,000 mg. For my tolerance and what I use the Broad Spectrum CBD Oil for they work. Recently tried out the 5,000 mg Broad Spectrum CBD Oil and it's spectacular. I don't even need to use a half a dropper starting out because of how strong it is. I recommend this for individuals with chronic pain. People who deal with it on the daily and need something to fight the inflammation, pain, and calm the nervous system in general daily use. This will definitely help with sleep as well, whether you struggle with restless nights, insomnia, or chronic pain causing sleep deprivation. The 5,000 mg will help with a good night sleep, giving your mind and body relief for the night. 10/10 recommend the 5,000 mg
I usually stick to gummies but decided to give this tincture a try. Got the 3000mg and found it to help with my restlessness and stress. Have bought from other companies and would say HGE CBD tincture is on par with the results/quality.
Little bit cheaper so helps save some money. Will be my go to next time I grab another tincture.

Mixes well in drinks, tea and coffee. Keeping me in my Zen state. During the night, if I am too jittery, hyper, restless, or stressed.
