I been having a dip in energy after lunch at work. I will take this at the end of my meal and it gives me a balanced boost in energy once it digests. It has a light green tea taste but means its real extract. Also if I want to split the dose I just cut the gummies in half. Good on the go gummies to take when you need a little more energy.
